I was hopeful to have a positive experience with Markus Zaugg & Studio Europa as I had a strong referral for their services. Unfortunately, I had to deal with unprofessional behavior, no responses to emails, poor customer service and poor decision making. This led to loss of trust in Markus and Studio Europa.
