To whoever was working the front desk, it was bad enough I stood there waiting for you to acknowledge me, I mean, you had to see me, I was one foot away from you on the other side of the desk. And when a customer comes in at their appointed time, if the esthetician is running behind, it's good customer service to explain that versus waiting for the client to come to you, 15 mins into their appointed time. 75 Minute HeadSpa Facial was Aaaaamazing! The natural products used smelled so good & not overwhelming. Lauren was so sweet and had a great touch! My hair, scalp & skin feel so good. I floated out of there and will absolutely be back 🥰
They left my hair with bleach for an hour and then refused to dry it, and thanks to the owner of this place , my hair fell out.
Such a beautiful salon space! Had a relaxing, thorough headspa treatment here that felt customized for my hair, and on a separate visit one of my favorite haircuts I’ve ever gotten - I definitely recommend Anya for either service. Check this spot out! They do it all.
