I went in for my appointment yesterday, oh it had been a terrible week. Kristi listened to my tale and suggested a new style, a change to help me feel better. Kristi is the most patient and kind hairstylist I’ve ever met. My son and I have been a few times now to see her. He’s 6. Not only did they carry on a full conversation with him about the things he loves (video games, Pokemon) but the patience they had with him and the kindness they showed him by letting him pick a haircut from pictures on their phone, telling him exactly what was going to happen and even let him hold and feel the clippers before they used them was amazing.
