I would leave less than one star if I could. I got there at the time scheduled and had to wait several minutes past my scheduled time. I made it clear to the stylist how I wanted my hair done and she completely butchered it (I was going to get it colored as well but left after the cut because I didn't want the woman touching my hair anymore).
