I regret to say that my experience at this salon was nothing short of traumatic. I was a one-time customer in July 2023, and I’ll carry the regret of visiting this place for the rest of my life. After my visit, I lost more than half of my hair, and it still hasn’t grown back to the state it was before I walked in.
