had a horrible bikini wax there - waxes shouldn't take longer than 20-30 minutes (mine took over an hour). woman was very nice so i let it slide, but i got home & saw she had left wax all over 'the area' (she never used wax remover on me) and more than half of the hair was simply torn, not pulled out of the skin. it looked like a bad shave job. save your money for a place with a better atmosphere and more experienced staff.
