barre 3 is amazing! been going here before it changed to barre 3 and i love the teachers and classes
Barre3 Ventura is one of the best things I’ve done for my physical and mental health in the past year! The community there is wonderful and the workouts are a great combination of cardio, strength, stretching, and breath work. I especially appreciate the emphasis on form and building strength for everyday life. The owner, Maddie, is an amazing human who cares deeply for the Barre3 community. I could go on and on, but you have to experience it for yourself. Give a class a try!

I wouldn’t normally write a review, but it’s worth it if anyone is on edge about trying SBV. It’s amazing. I can’t believe I joined a month ago and have gone almost every single day. I never thought I could enjoy a workout enough to look forward to going and was bummed to miss out on it. I thought daily fitness classes were out of reach for me and I would dread it.
