Great class. Helped with strength, balance and posture. Class is easy but hard. My muscles finally woke up again. Try a class, you will love it !!!! and the instructor was so sweet and encouraging.. Love rhis workout.
I just moved here from New Orleans and needed a workout. Went to their free 17th year anniversary class and had so much fun! Never have I gotten such a burn, and it was so amazing breaking a sweat and being surrounded by such powerful beautiful women! They also had champagne and treats and someone doing mermaid hair afterwards to celebrate! An amazing class worked full body, you need grippy socks if you don’t have any they sell them there! Happy anniversary studio barre! Y’all rock! ✨
I really enjoy working out here. It is very well run and a lot of fun. It has changed my body for the better!
