Great variety of class times, especially the 7:15 a.m.:) Instructors are passionate about their work and the environment is pretty and very clean.
I have been going to Studio Barre for about 3 weeks now and have really enjoyed the challenge! I haven't worked out in about 2 years (oops), and although barre is not exactly "easy", it has proven to be an effective and safe transition back to health and activity. All the instructors are very nice, the studio is always very clean, and although there is structure to the routine, it does not get boring. Thank you!
Such a great barre studio! Kate was my instructor for my first free class today at this studio! She was welcoming and friendly and a really motivating teacher! Love that she did so much of the class with us too!! Pregnant with my third baby and she would come over to me and give me modifications for certain exercises! I really enjoyed the class! The instructor Rebecca is awesome! She has great energy and makes you feel very comfortable. She explains things very well and makes sure you have the correct form. The facility is really pretty with a great boutique. I am hooked!
