I have been coming to this salon for a few years now and my experience has been nothing but exceptional. My stylist Alyssa is the best. She listens to my ideas and turns them into something wonderful and I leave every time feeling so beautiful. Prior to coming to this salon and having Alyssa as my stylist, I didn't realize how important it is to take care of your hair. I had a very bad experience at this salon. I was charged a high amount, but my hair turned out extremely damaged, uneven, and patchy. The color looks terrible with multiple different tones—at least five different colors, including unwanted blonde. I am very upset because I can’t even feel comfortable going out with my hair like this. This has been very stressful and upsetting for me.
