My favorite is Mat pilates. I've learned a lot about pilates and grown a lot physically from their classes. Everyone is very caring and help guide through the movements with grace.
I stopped by today for information Sydney and Alex were so helpful: the environment was extremely relax and the individuals seem very down to earth. I signed up for private lessons, I look forward to Alex teaching me proper Pilates form.
