Please dont go in would love to not give a star at all! I was to go in for a trim and I got severly chopped. Im having to start a 2-3 yr growth of my thin hair from now a pixie which i did not want period. Im having to go on to a new salon on a holiday to have them re shape and fix my hair. When a women is attached to her hair and it makes u who u are im sorry but that stylist needs to be fired and liscense pulled. The shortest of shortest they could go.
