I went in to attempt to make an appointment and get established at the salon. My previous hair stylist i had seen for 18 years passes away so i wanted to find a new salon. I stood there over 15 mins without so much as a hello from any of the staff even after making eye contact with two of them. Definitely not friendly staff and seems they do not care to make new clients. I will continue to search for a stylist who cares about me as a client
Bri did an amazing job! She mixed a hair color that was exactly what I had been picturing, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. She also gave me the perfect layers—they fall beautifully and are so easy to style. I walked out of the salon feeling confident and loving my hair. Bri really listened to what I wanted and brought it to life. I highly recommend her!

*The picture on the left is what my hair looked like less than 2 weeks after leaving the salon. *The picture on the right is the day leaving the salon. I left there in tears so mislead that my hair was finally this beautiful color I had hoped for. I was wrong!!! Trying to reach out now that my hair looks not so great has not been good communication at all and an explanation of what should have been done prior to touching my hair to begin with (you probably need a clarifying treatment then lightening.)
