I reached out to make an appointment two weeks ago for an appointment for today. They asked for inspo pics and pictures of my current hair and said everything looked good. They messaged me three hours before the appointment to tell me that they no longer felt comfortable doing my hair and that they’d are canceling.i turned down two other salons waiting for this appointment. Literally the only thing I’ve been excited for. Waste of time. (Left 1 star for the lack of communication, and reliability)

Great new location, spacious, quick service. My stylist, Rosie, was awesome, very friendly and I loved my new look!
