I left there in tears so mislead that my hair was finally this beautiful color I had hoped for. I was wrong!!! Trying to reach out now that my hair looks not so great has not been good communication at all and an explanation of what should have been done prior to touching my hair to begin with (you probably need a clarifying treatment then lightening.)
