I shopped around a lot for Qiqi hair treatment and the owner was the only person to take time to explain all the process and answer all of my questions. I have now done Qiqi several times and I can't imagine not ever doing it again. She left my hair exactly the way I wanted it. I was really nervous that it would be too straight or too curly. She is very talented, listens to your questions and concerns. Excellent customer service!

Lida is a 100/10 stylist who works hair color magic every single time. At our first session she took the time to listen, made suggests, and then we worked together to come up with what my hair plan would be. Every appointment after that has been nothing short of perfection. She knows what she’s doing and it shows. Plus she’s hella cool and really fun to chat with during our appointments.

In addition to being a top-notch colorist, Lida is super sweet. Her salon is very warm and welcoming. I love the personalized attention and that I'm not one of 10 clients at the same time, iykyk. Lida is the absolute best!

I am a huge Lida fan! She listens when I say what I’m looking for and executes it perfectly! She is so kind and understanding and I have not been to another hairstylist since I started going to her, even for a cut.
