I was not pleased at all!! I explained what I wanted, (length to my shoulders and my layers reshaped) and the girl wanted to take 3” off of my hair. Being that my hair is curly and only gets curlier the shorter it is cut, I asked for only 2” to be cut. She barely cut 1” off of my hair. She was also going to frame my face, but did not. Then places me under a dryer to dry it, claiming, that would be better than a diffuser as the latter would leave my hair frizzy.
