Went to get my hair done. Three times. My first time looked great. Second time not bad but took 5 hours hair cut and highlights. Third time horrible by Stephanie didn't take enough time in the consolation didn't even foil the low lights just painted dark brown when I asked for light. Took all my high lights out back of head. I if didn't have time before her next appointment should not have taken job. To top that off even though didn't foil brown charged me 15 exstra dollars. Lol.
