I tried to get in last minute to grab a few wigs for my last minute planned birthday party - the women I spoke with on the phone was very kind and helpful - but unfortunately didn’t have an available appointment time that would work - she was willing to get me in day of too and pull wigs prior to make my appointment quick which was great on their part - sad that I couldn’t make it work (my fault for the last minute nature.) Worst experience ever. I was referred to Ty for a toupee installation for an upcoming wedding, so I scheduled a consultation. I spent about two hours in her salon, during which she convinced me to purchase two hair pieces. The reason, she said, was that when I came back for a re-glue in the future, she’d need one ready to go so I wouldn’t be stuck sitting there for hours while she removed and cleaned the original piece.
