dont go to kristen because if there’s a minor inconvenience with your appointment or you are in a wheelchair and need special accommodations she will embarrass you by talking crap online. i wanted to schedule an appointment with her but she never got back to me. but after seeing her very unprofessional rant online, being ableist and a mean girl, i’m glad she never responded.
From the start the receptionist was snippy and short with me when I was trying to check in. I waited for about 15 minutes after my appointment time to get called. I totally understand when people are behind but I was the first client of the day so I heads up would’ve been nice. Then when I was checking in I learned that the stylist I booked with is no longer with the salon so they paired me automatically with someone else. I’ve gone to Studio 890 twice now and had great experiences both times, first with Karissa who did a perm and cut and was gentle and explained clearly to while process. Second was with Debbie who nailed what I asked for! (Which the pictures are from) absolutely would recommend
Have gone to Marissa three times now and each time she has nailed it! Although she is still training she has more attention to detail than any other hair stylist I have had. She takes her time and makes sure you love your hair! Couldn’t recommend her more!!
