Had scheduled an appointment for two haircuts. This was done weeks ago. They called me an hour or so before I was supposed to be in, asking if I was still coming in. I said yes. I get there and it’s empty except for one person. About 15 minutes after waiting I get told by the one person that she is running behind on color and that I needed to reschedule.
