Quality, Value My wife went in for a trim left with nearly shoulder length hair left the house came back in 20 minutes (didn't even get to halftime of my Madden game). She was crying because they did a terrible job on her hair. She was trying to grow her hair out and they cut off about 4 inches instead of cleaning up the back.
