The first picture is what I asked for. The other two pictures are what I received. I paid $270 something dollars for this. In person it the color looks orange.. pictures don’t even do justice. I messaged Stepf (the owner) to explain I wasn’t satisfied and she said I was going to have to pay again. And that it’s going to take a couple times to get that color, mind you I’ve been having blonde in my hair for a very long time. Update: owner called and yelled that I had blasted her on google, when trying to explain she yelled and hung up. Didn’t want to hear my side and why I left 3 stars, I shoulda left 1 star but I was being nice. I went in as a walk in , I guess ( the chick I tried booking with don’t work Wednesday ) which was fine. The owner said she could do my hair it was pretty damaged and I only asked for an all over color which woulda been the $75 I even doubled check on the paper on the wall. The ladies were all amazing! My hair held up the entire nite (was for a wedding). Got so many compliments on my hair. Wonderful experience
