Got my hair done with Evan and it was my first time dyeing my hair. He was really patient, took the time to understand what I wanted, and gave helpful recommendations along the way. I was a little nervous at first because the color looked a lot darker than I expected, but Evan reassured me throughout the process and explained what to expect. In the end, it turned out exactly what I wanted. He was professional, attentive, and easy to work with. Overall, a great experience and I'd definitely recommend him!

Terrible service. They dyed my daughter’s hair the incorrect color and dyed it jet black instead of dark brown. We tried to wash it out as much as we could at home, but ended up having to go back because of how much we disliked the service. They not only refused to give us a refund, but they also wanted to charge us again ($300-400 after the initial $150 we already paid!) to dye it dark brown even though that was the original color we asked for. I asked for a cut instead my hair got butchered into three set of chopped layers. I have been growing my hair out FOR MONTHS just for it to be cut so bad. I wasn't mean and I thought she was nice but she really messed up my hair when I asked for a 90s cut. I really liked going here but after this I wouldn't recommend
