I went to this stylist for the first time and specifically requested an ashy blonde color. Unfortunately, the final result was orange and very different from what I asked for. What was most disappointing was that when I reached out about the issue, there was no offer to correct the color, provide a refund, or work toward a resolution (unless it involved more $). When I was new in town, I desperately needed a good cut by someone who knew what she was doing. I keep my hair short so it is not always easy to do and I usually have to try out several people to find someone who is even just okay with styling short hair beyond the same old bob.
