Terrible and unprofessional service. I had a refund and the employees kept avoiding my calls, telling me constantly that the manager is not here. Lots of good motels in the area! Avoid this one!

Nicely situated near the airport in Syracuse. Room was clean. Service was lacking when we asked for an extra pillow. It was Sterling weed in the entire motel.
Good value for a short stay. We stayed overnight and found it acceptable. Clean bathroom, sheets and room. Lingering smell of cigarette smoke despite being in a non-smoking room might be a turnoff but at least (part of) the window can be opened for some circulation.
