I've been a client of the wonderful instructors at Studio 6 for many years. Both Laura and Steph are terrific teachers who can adapt their sessions to accommodate the capabilities of their students. Studio 6 is a bright and inviting place with state of the art equipment. You won't find a better place for Pilates or yoga!
