First they checked us into a dirty room. Then they charged a deposit which is fine but then it proceeded to take everything I had in my account which was more then I paid for the room for the time I was there and had to go back to the front desk to be told we would be refunded. Why they took so much no ideas. We didn't get new towels or any house keeping for the trash in the 4 days we were there. Bedbugs.Rude management, no refund, and totally disgusting.
Totally disgusting. They have bedbugs really bad and when management was confronted he denies it and hangs up on you. I left a day early and he refused to refund my money. The health department told me that if management wad made aware of the situation and did nothing then they are liable in court for negligence and to pay damages...thenproof is right here on Google reviews that others complained to him and we all seem to get the same response. DO NOT EVER STAY THERE YOU WILL GET BEDBUGS
Bed bugs. Tons of them. Management is very much aware yet denies them having any. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Unprofessional management, lots of crime activity and just plain filthy
