I give them 3 stars instead of 5 stars because my boyfriend and I asked for a plunger several times for our toilet but never got one. So we went and got one. And when we checked out, they said that I would get the deposit back within 2 weeks. But I gave not gotten it back yet and I have emailed they 2 times about the deposit and have not gotten an kind of response back. I used the email that is on my receipts. It should be noted that the Motel 6 and Studio 6 are operated by the same front desk, however they are in different buildings. The photos online show Studio 6 which seems to be very clean and nice and new. The Motel 6 which is where you can find the front desk is absolutely filthy and disgusting. Roaches, urine and blood stained mattresses, dirty floors, red liquid in freezer, pet hair everywhere, smelled of cigarettes and mildew, large gap under front door allowing cigarette smoke from outside into the room, scorched/burned... read more

I booked a room with a kitchen but when I arrived I was told the room would be a basic one without any kitchen even though it said ony reservation it was a studio/room with kitchen . The person working there didn't care and wasn't helpful at all. I ended up cancelling and going somewhere else!
