Very nasty
Horrible service. Requested towels and never received them. I had to bring them my old ones to receive new ones and only 2 towels for a 2 bed room. No soap provided. There are no elevators for the main guests; only one is available for those staying long term. Take cash for your deposit so you receive it back. One bed didn't have the comforter with the bed. Regardless of notifying and including I had kids with me still was told no to more towels. I had to use my 2 come down and give them those before I could receive 2 new on... read more
