This hotel is nice on the outside, but the rooms need to match the inside. The floors need to be repainted and toilet needs to be changed. Also I didn't feel secure with the door. It needs a strong latch not a chain. I hope changes can be made because the hotel has potential
Abhi gave me tremendous help. He searched for a rolling cart i needed to move my things when it was no where to be found he helped me carry my things in. And he helped me in a room that I get easier access. And the manger and frontseak staff is really good.
The worst motel I've visited thus far. As soon as I walked in the room, the stinch of rotting eggs covered the room, turned around towards the door and roaches where crawling out the side door panel into the room, and a giant spider living rent free in the sink. Y'all just because it looks good on the outside doesn't mean it really is. I went to the office and told the guy the room is unsatisfactory and he didn't ask any questions just immediately said, "ok I refund u money." Like dude u know these rooms are like this smh...... read more
Very nice rooms and good customer service
This hotel has roaches. I first saw them in the room, then when I went to wash clothes the washing room was covered with them.
