I've never had any issues with any hotels in the past, but the head staff seemed hellbent on making sure I knew I was unwelcome. The general manager accused me of being outside with no pants, among other extreme things, would nit show me footage or even get a word in, cancelled the reservations I had for performers of a music festival and forced me off the property. I arrange musical performances, tours and festivals for a living. They unapologetically almost cost me my job and did it with a smirk.
Flew in from RI to west Palm Beach- couldn’t wait to get some rest. We check in at 12:30 am when our flight landed and Roaches & mold were everywhere !!!!! Had to leave and get a room for twice the price down the street. Deandre Morris the “ops manager” is the most incompetent, unapologetic person I’ve ever dealt with! Unwilling to make things right for us because he said we left because we didn’t like the room! We were moved to 2 rooms and both had roaches and smelled so badly of mold I could have vomited.
