Before we checked out we swept and cleaned the sink and bathtub and their little built in seat. We forgot something and they guy at the front desk started bitching at me when I went back and asked him for something sayin that the male housekeeper said we left that room filthy. For 1 we cleaned except we did not mop, we did most of their job for them after all we were there for 1 week and have 2 small children under 2 years old. What do they expect us to do? Their job for them?
I have been at this location for 12 days now because my truck is in the shop. I have placed the do not disturb sign on my door because I do not want room service nor do I want anyone banging on my door. On three ocassions the cleaning service has beat on my door before check out time with the do not disturb posted on my door. These people are so disrepectul beyond my comprehension. I pay good money and a lot of it to be disrespected.
The room was filthy and smelled horrible. The bed was very uncomfortable. A vehicle was stolen from the parking lot while we stayed there. I did not feel safe and found another motel.
