terrible service, not only disgusting rooms but after paying a week in advance getting kicked out on the day before last an upon moving our things the employees had the odasity to steal our belongings and what they didn't feel like keeping they threw in the trash, unbelievable. there were family heirlooms in our bags and even ashes of a loved one, they felt it was ok to throw them away I'm disgusted with these people
when I checked in at Studio 6 the room was disgusting. My husband and I cleaned the room are selves. During are stay there it was okay, they thanked us for keeping are room clean and always being on time. That is not even the half of it. When I checked out, they refused to give my deposit back and someone that worked there took all my important papers out of my backpack purse that I paid 140.00 for and they took my purse. RecommendedAwesome room with a kitchenette
The non smoking room was dirty and smelled of smoke and body oder. There was cereal when we pulled back the sheets and stains on the comforter and mattress. There was hair all over the bathroom. Only once did anyone come to clean the room. We had to get towels and sheets ourselves. Oh they did offer to let us use their vacuum. How nice. Someone broke into our car parked outside.
