what the f bought an expensive package as a gift and these jerks end a text to the recipient letting them know what a waste. I wish there was a better option than this place in Laredo next time just go to San Antonio

I was so excited to go in for hair service. Then I’m told that the person who took my phone call put my name on the cancellation list and NOT the appointment calendar. I was so disappointed because it’s hard enough to get an appointment.
It’s always a relaxing experience to be at Studio 55. I just had a facial last Saturday and hoping to have a body massage, too , but it’s fully booked.
They are hands down very professional
