Sunday morning BarreAmped + Stretch was perfect for a semi-rest day after weight lifting all week. Receptionist snooty, talked down to me about pricing (which is very affordable BTW) but trainer EXCELLENT. She provided verbal and physical cues for modification throughout the entire session. Good balance between informal banter and formal adherence to technique. Looking forward to my next class.

I have been going to Studio 51st for about two years now and I can’t say enough good things about this place! I started out with a spin only package and eventually upgraded to all access which I highly recommend. I LOVE that I can alternate from many amazing (and fun) classes every day of the week. With spin, bounce, barre, dance, pilates, and yoga....what more can you ask for?
