Worst experience Worst experience I have had in the area. I was there for a simple single process and cut and ended up with a color I was talked into by my so called Designer. This place is in desperate need of good stylists, and when I called to complain to the front desk I was told there is nothing they can do. I would not recommend this whole in the wall to anyone.
