I took my old wedding ring in and had a ring made for my daughters 21st birthday and requested a silver ring with the 18ct gold left to be placed as spots on the ring to treat myself for my 50th birthday. On collecting Elayne had made x 2 rings for me to try and wanted further money for the ring which had my gold on, even though this was not ordered. Very rude staff. The jeweller was very unfriendly and didn’t seem sure how my ring needed to be fixed. She treated me like I was doing something wrong by even asking about repairs. Very strange, will not be going back.
