My daughter is in the cirque class and it’s so much fun! We love the studio and the staff!
I'm not fit at all- but I did a solid 1.5 hour of Zumba and pound (I think that's what it's called- it's with the drum sticks). I didn't even feel tired (that's saying something for me). It was so much fun and I was dripping in sweat. Everything hurts but it was so worth it! Luv'd it!!!
