Thank you Eric ! Its been a process to lighten my hair. I was an auburn & tired of dyeing my gray roots. I needed professional help to lighten my hair. We have it a very light blonde. Eric did it in 2 sessions first foils then some bleaching. I am going to be silver soon . kim
