Very disappointed
I was extremely disappointed with my facial experience. I had booked and received confirmation several weeks ago for a 90-minute Fire & Ice Hydrafacial for $125. When I arrived, I was told the esthetician was new and had never performed the Fire & Ice treatment. I was offered a regular Hydrafacial at 50% off, essentially leaving me with the choice of accepting a different service or going home. 1 STAR — Extremely Disappointed I would not recommend Studio 32 in Crawfordsville. My daughter went in for blue hair. Before the appointment, I personally texted the owner, Katherine, explaining that we did not want her hair lightened due to health concerns and potential damage. Katherine agreed and said the blue might not be as vibrant. I accepted that and made it clear that as long as her hair was blue, I was okay with it. I still have those messages.
