Studio 31 was going to be my go-to hair salon, but my recent experiences have been incredibly disappointing. The first time I visited, everything was great—quick, professional, and overall a pleasant experience. However, in the last two months, I've set up three appointments (two for myself and one for my dad), and all three were canceled without any notification. Bobbie is by far the best! She gets the color on spot every single time. Whether I want it dark or light, she gets me the color I ask for. My hair is the healthiest it’s been too since going to her 😊
