Went in for a trim, had the lady tell me half way through the haircut that she can't do blonde hair. Didn't touch the top, half buzzed the right side and said she was done. Got literally half a haircut. Charged full price and was expected to tip. I Had to do the rest myself so I could be seen in public. Avoid at all costs. Especially if you're blonde. 😳

I’m not sure about the dye, the perm, or anything else other than the layers. And my layers look so good when I come here to get them done, and it’s only around 50-60! I have long hair too!

I highly recommend Lucy! She did a fantastic job with my hair colour & cut and her customer service is beyond expectations. She made me love my hair. Definitely worth more visits in the future!

I got a perm here and the results were very bad. When I asked them to fix it, they demanded more money. I would never recommend this place to anyone because what they say and what they do don’t match.

Hairstylist are not confident in the work they do. Been going for some time Diane just pushes customers off to the other workers. I dont think ive seen a happy customer walk out of this salon. While getting highlights I spent a few hours in the store over time to observe. Think the stylist need a hair stylist refresher as the year is 2026 and they are unsure of what's trending or how to map out the hair based in colour application. Idk how the business is staying open.
