I got a perm here and the results were very bad. When I asked them to fix it, they demanded more money. I would never recommend this place to anyone because what they say and what they do don’t match.
Hairstylist are not confident in the work they do. Been going for some time Diane just pushes customers off to the other workers. I dont think ive seen a happy customer walk out of this salon. While getting highlights I spent a few hours in the store over time to observe. Think the stylist need a hair stylist refresher as the year is 2026 and they are unsure of what's trending or how to map out the hair based in colour application. Idk how the business is staying open.

Today was my first time trying Studio 2000. My hairstylist Kevin gave a warm welcome and asked questions about what I was looking for. He provided excellent service by listening to what I wanted along with recommending (layers) which turned out really well. The price for the haircut was also affordable. In addition to providing hair and color here, Studio 2000 also provides a variety of services such as hair straightening for really curly hair (hair botox) Kevin also recommended aftercare products that will help my hair stay... read more
One of the worst places to go! It's really the first time I've entered this store and the experience was horrible.. If you are looking for advice or help to be attended in search of a product or advice, I do not recommend this place. ..It must be that they are only kind to the customers who go for some treatment for their hair!..well this was my experience 🫤.
