Jenny did an amazing job on my hair cut. This was my second time with her and both times she did exactly what I envisioned.
I waited almost two weeks before writing this because I wanted to be fair. I genuinely believe my stylist is talented and kind. My haircut was nice, and the color itself is pretty. The problem is that it was not what I asked for. This was my first professional color in over 10 years, and I had virgin hair, so I intentionally booked with one of the salon’s more experienced and higher-priced stylists. I’m confident they had a student working on me. That’s not what I paid for. Did a shitty job, and then tried to fix it, wasn’t great. Don’t come here.
Went to book online, and saw you had to get a $75 hair cut first in order to become a client. Most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. I’m looking for a new salon to highlight my hair. These Yakima salons think they’re luxury. We don’t have any luxury hair salons in Yakima. It’s Yakima. You are a regular salon and prices and booking process should reflect that. I hate that everyone in Yakima has made booking an appointment so difficult
