Studio 16 Beauty Salon is genuinely one of the cutest, bubbliest salons I’ve been to. The whole space feels so Vancouver!! Playful, stylish, and welcoming the second you walk in. Kim was great. She gave me a pedicure and was fast, gentle, and efficient. I will return.

I was very disappointed. I went with my friend and it was just one thing after another. She sat me on a broken chair when there were others available. She cut my ankle with the foot scraper. The metals balls were extremely hot and were painful. One of my nails chipped already and it hasn't even been 24hrs. I would not recommend or ever go again.
