My best friend went in there just for a hair treatment and they talked her into a trim she didn't need. She had been growing her hair out since her wedding and the lady that cut it chopped over 6" off.... Luckily I'm a fellow hairstylist and I had to fix the terrible work that this women had caused. So much for 35 years of experience. Would never recommend for anyone...
