I am sorry to have to give a one star review because the lady that was working there was so lovely and tried her best but unfortunately the nails did not turn at all what my daughter wanted. We showed the first picture as a reference and did not get it even close. I am aware that my daughter's nails were short but the color could have been a lot better as well as the look of the bows. I dropped in today with a bangs issue and Starr saved the day! Thank you so much! The cut turned out exactly how I'd hoped. I will definitely be back to see you when I decide it's time to go shorter 😍

I had gone to Studio 127 for 7 years and this review has nothing to do with the staff as they are amazing. After there was a change in ownership a few years ago things quickly went downhill. She insisted on buying cheaper knock off amazon based products but did not adjust the prices to reflect this. I regularly would get manicured then by the same woman and suddenly they would be chipping within days because of the poor product she was forced to use. Studio 127 gave me a clean buzz cut today! Don’t be fooled by the word “salon” — I was a bit hesitant at first, unsure if they could pull off a proper buzz cut. But I took a chance, walked in, and they absolutely delivered with a sharp no-guard buzz. Highly recommend this place, whether you're local or just passing through. The staff is amazing and super professional.

I have been to Heather a few times now - for cuts and recently some colouring. My most recent visit was for some colour; I proposed what I thought I wanted - subtle highlights - but after some conversation with Heather and Starr, Heather suggested lowlights instead. It was a great suggestion and I really like the result. I appreciated the consultation and the explanation around the options presented!
