If I could indicate zero stars I would. I was scheduled for a 9 am appt for this Friday morning for a Dolly Lash lift. I moved other work appts around as I was very exited to see if this 1 hour "lash perm" service would help shorten my makeup routine. Upon arrival at 9 am, receptionist let's me know that my lash professional is running 10 mins late. So, I go run an errand and return at 9:15. My lash professional is still not in.
