I’ve always been skeptical about lashes and extensions because I am super sensitive and can’t sit still for too long. This has been my first experience and honestly I couldn’t have asked for better! Kat was professional, sweet and amazing with my first set of classic lash extensions. I had an issue with my extensions within the first week and they did not hesitate to accommodate me and adjust my extensions, fixing the issue completely. I have been looking forward to getting the Dolly Lash Lift for a long time because while I have long natural lashes, they are blonde. I have watched several YouTube videos and Clarissa did not disappoint! Clarissa was professional, courteous to my needs and friendly. The experience was better than I could have expected and I look forward to my next appointment!
