I’ve been going to Mickey for almost a yr. Never complained about ANYTHING until this last appointment. My roots are black (supposed to be brown) my “blonde” in the front face frame is ORANGE, and all the long layers in my hair are almost gone. I kindly asked Mickey if he would fix it and sent him pictures on instagram. I’ve posted the screenshots in the comments below. Again, this is the first time I’ve ever complained.
