I am very disappointed, my fiancé and I are very busy college students and we scheduled a meeting at 11:00 am the business was open and we called from inside the business to which no one answered. We left a text message and got a call and all she said was sorry she didn’t even try to accommodate us. My mom drove an hour and a half for this appointment just for the gal to not show up. She didn’t even try to make something else work for us!
Extremely unprofessional experience. Upon reaching out to inquire about booking, the studio owner hung up immediately after I greeted them with a simple “Hello, how are you today?” I called back in case the call had disconnected, but was sent straight to voicemail.
