I have good experiences here in the past but today’s was bad.I went in for a cut, wash, and blow dry. I scheduled with any available stylist which happened to be Kimberly. I did not have a good experience with her. I have straight hair and came in curled. Instead of washing my hair, Kimberly immediately started cutting it while it was dry and curled which freaked me out. I got nail art and a gel nail polish from Lauren S. And it was so good! I love it so much!
I had a normal haircut. It was quick, and the cut was good. My hair stylist was so friendly and nice. The price was also good for a cut and wash. I think if the appointments were longer, they could spend more time doing final touch ups, but overall it was good.
