Worst pedicure ever. The nail tech didn't seem to know what she was doing. She kept dropping things and left several times to look for things. She couldn't find polish and I had to chose three different colors before she found one. The water was cold. She didn't trim cuticles or work on calluses. At times she was bending my toes in very uncomfortable ways. She told me my nails were dry but they were not and when I got home the polish was a mess. I asked for only the top layer to have LENGTH taken off, but the hair dresser started THINNING my hair. I was and am so upset. My hair is curly so thinning it often makes it frizzy and makes my layers thin and uneven. My hair now isn't as voluminous as when I went in and that is a huge part of my confidence that has now been taken away because the hairdresser didn't know what she was doing. I would have been better off cutting my own hair. I was in tears trying to keep it together leaving this place.

I have moderately short hair, and I went in to cut it about an inch above my shoulder. I discussed it with my stylist and I thought we were on the same page, but she cut it about 2 inches shorter and I was left with a chin-length bob. It’s not a bad haircut technique wise, but I’m left extremely disappointed with the results. I would be hesitant to recommend going here, even though it is very cheap.
