I drove 75 miles to be a model and they said 2-3 lashes so I thought it would be a little fuller than only getting 10 lashes per eye! It’s random lashes and she missed the entire corner of both of my eyes. Terrible management. She wasn’t even willing to accommodate me after I drove that far. Tried to BLAME me because I arrived 11 minutes late and the other lady wasn’t even done until 11:15. Scam!! Scam!! Don’t ever get your lashes done here. Period.
My first visit was so amazing and relaxing... I was so relaxed that I fell asleep during the process lol. I love how natural my lashes look and how well they are holding up. �
I had never had false lashes before. I was concerned they would look super fake or over the top. The process was more comfortable than I expected. When the technician said she was finished, I looked in the mirror and was surprised to see how awesome they looked. And what’s great about these lashes is that now I will have lashes 24/7, even after all my makeup is removed I will still have lashes and will feel more confident. ��I love my lashes!
I've been going here for a couple of months. There have been a few hiccups, but their customer service is good. They always try to find a solution to whatever problem arises. Overall, I would recommend this studio. Especially for people, like me, who are new to lash extensions.
I have had my lashes for only 2 days and have already had at least 10 lashes fall out on one side. I'm really disappointed I went back to amazing lash and told the receptionist what happened. I was given a full set again and they did not charge me anything. My lashes now look great and I am more than happy with them and the experience I had there today.
