The hairdresser, Jessica, injured my scalp while bleaching my hair. Also, the result is a completely different color from the photo I showed her. I paid the extra $200+ plus 20% tips because she said she had to use more coloring products and time. However, when I got home, I noticed that the color was not what I wanted. Went in a few weeks ago to have low lights done by Greta. I waited a few washes until the toner washed out to see the exact color I received. It was very brassy/warm and looked like it was already grown out. I called to see if it could be fixed and was told that their policy was that it I had to come back in within 1 week. I’m a flight attendant and it’s incredibly hard for me to book appts in general and this was very sad to hear as I paid $200 for a very mediocre color.
